Deletion of Negative Items on Your Credit Report.
Request your credit report from the three credit bureaus. You are allowed one free copy of your credit report from each of the credit bureaus a year.

After you receive your report: Look it over for any errors, negative items or incorrect information that may not belong to you. Send a Registered letter return receipt stating the information on the report is incorrect or does not belong to you (which ever the case may be).

The reason this works: The Credit Bureaus contacts the creditor you have listed as incorrect or does not belong to you. These company’s do not have the employees to do the investigation and only have 30 days to respond. If the Credit Bureaus do not hear from the creditor they must delete the creditor from your report.

You should only have 2 credit cards and keep the balance of the card at 35% or less of your credit limit.
